About

HVAC Group is a Marketplace integration that combines several climate entities into one thermostat. It suits a room with both an AC unit and a heating unit, which can be controlled together through a single climate entity. The group takes heating thermostats and cooling thermostats, plus a temperature sensor or climate entity that supplies the current temperature. Each side has an option to switch heaters or coolers off once the target temperature is reached, and members can be hidden after the group is created. Changes made to the group pass to its members, but changing a member does not update the group. Setup is done in the UI, and the README warns that the integration lags behind current Home Assistant versions and may not work.

Create a custom thermostat to control multiple other climate components. Useful for controlling an AC unit and a heating unit in a single room.
As it is, the integration is way behind the current HA version and is unlikely to work. It is advisable that you don't use it for now.
