About
My Music Library is a Music Assistant player card and integration that runs locally in Home Assistant. It connects directly to a Music Assistant server and creates its own media player entities, so the players can be used in automations without the separate Music Assistant integration. The card covers now playing, a live queue, search, the library, artist pages, playlists and a discovery tab with Music Assistant's recommendation folders. An output panel moves playback to other speakers at the same track and position, and groups speakers with per-speaker and group volume. Two actions are included: one plays a Music Assistant item on a player, and one transfers the queue to one or more other players. Setup happens in the UI with the server URL and an API token, and repair notices flag duplicate or missing players.
