About

Ford™ (aka FordPass) connects Ford and Lincoln vehicles to Home Assistant through the vendor's cloud. It covers electric, plug-in hybrid, petrol and diesel models and is tuned for electric vehicles and EVCC. It adds a vehicle tracker, a picture, door locks, sensors for odometer, fuel, 12V battery, oil life and tire pressure, and buttons for lock, unlock, honk and flash. Electric models get charging buttons and switches, target charge level and current or power limit controls, and departure times. Remote climate controls cover temperature, seat heating, rear defrost, heated windshield and steering wheel heating. Charge control is described as experimental and works only with supporting charging stations when the vehicle is plugged in. Setup runs in the UI and needs a token obtained by logging in through a separate browser.
