About

Tesy is a Home Assistant integration that controls Tesy water heaters with an ESP32 WiFi module over the local network. It adds a water heater entity for changing operation modes and, in manual mode (Performance in Home Assistant), the temperature setpoint. Sensors cover temperature, target temperature, time until ready, error status, WiFi signal and uptime. Two energy sensors are included: one for total lifetime use and one resettable, with a button that resets the second. Energy is calculated from the heater's on-time, so the setup asks for the heater's power rating, and it also has a switch for boost mode and one for child lock. Devices with the older Atheros chip are handled through an option for the old API, and setup is done in the UI.
