About
Calorie Tracker is an integration that logs calories, exercise, weight, body fat and macronutrients in Home Assistant. It runs locally, is set up in the UI, and exposes its data as sensors. Several goal types are supported, including fixed intake, fixed net calories, fixed deficit, fixed surplus, and a weekly body fat percentage target. Setup asks for starting and goal weight, units, and details such as birth year, sex, height and an activity multiplier, with body fat percentage as an optional input. It adds its own voice commands to Assist, and with an LLM conversation agent food, exercise and weight can be logged by voice or from a photo when an AI Task and an image-capable model are available. Other features include a side panel, custom dashboard cards, multiple user profiles, and automatic logging of Peloton workouts through a linked Peloton profile.
