About

Dreo is a community-built integration that brings Dreo smart devices into Home Assistant through the vendor's cloud. It covers fans, air conditioners, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, space heaters and the ChefMaker. Devices appear as climate, fan, humidifier, light, switch, sensor, number, select, button and binary sensor entities, depending on the model. Controls include oscillation angles, target humidity, mist level, ambient light mode, child lock and panel sound. Updates arrive over a real-time WebSocket connection, and an option reconnects automatically if that connection drops. Setup is done in the UI with a Dreo account login and a region choice that defaults to auto-detect, and a diagnostics download is available for bug reports.
