Real Last Changed

Real Last Changed is an integration that creates sensors tracking when other entities last changed state. It is meant to keep the last changed time useful after a Home Assistant restart, since the built-in value does not persist across reboots. Each sensor logs the last time an entity went from one valid state to another and keeps the previous valid state as an attribute. Setup happens in the UI, where a single sensor can be added for one chosen entity with an optional name. Another option matches entities by a pattern, with an optional regular expression mode. Both options accept optional from and to states, and the integration works locally.
