About

Peloton is a Home Assistant integration that shows current and latest Peloton workout data. A binary sensor turns on while a workout is in progress, and sensors report start and end time, duration, distance, calories, output, heart rate and leaderboard rank. Live values such as cadence and heart rate update during a workout, and the sensors cover the latest workout rather than adding up several. Options set how often it checks between workouts and during one, and when an unfinished workout counts as ended. It talks to Peloton's cloud through an unofficial API and is set up in the UI with a username or email and password. Accounts that only sign in with Apple or Google, or that use multi-factor authentication, are not supported.

From the README

A custom integration that shows your current or latest Peloton workout in Home Assistant. A binary sensor is on while a workout is in progress, and sensors show the workout's totals, averages and live values such as output, cadence and heart rate.

It was written to turn on a fan when a ride starts. The same sensors can drive lights or scenes, notifications, or a dashboard of recent workouts.
