Reolink thumbs

Reolink thumbs is a custom integration that shows thumbnails for Reolink camera recordings in Home Assistant. The thumbnails appear in the media sources section, so recordings can be browsed with preview images. Images are generated on the fly during a day's viewing and stored in a recordings folder under the www directory of the configuration. It also adds a service that generates thumbnails for camera recordings, which can be called manually or from automations. The service takes an optional number of days to look back, with a default of one day and a range up to a year. Thumbnail generation depends on FFmpeg and on cameras having recordings on their SD card, and the integration is set up in the UI through the Marketplace.
