About

Dyson is an unofficial integration that connects Dyson fans, purifiers, heaters, humidifiers, lights and robot vacuums to Home Assistant. It communicates locally over MQTT, and some lights and floor-cleaning vacuums connect over Bluetooth, including through Bluetooth proxies. Devices can be found through a Dyson cloud account or added manually using details from the device sticker, with an optional static IP address. It covers many platforms, including fans, climate, humidifiers, lights, vacuums, sensors for air quality, switches, selects, calendars, images such as a dust map and floor plan, and firmware updates. Actions are provided for sleep timers, oscillation angles, scheduled operation, resetting filter life and fetching cloud account data for troubleshooting. Home Assistant can also discover devices on the network and show a repair notice when a device is unreachable.
