About
GCE IPX800 V5 is an integration that reads and controls the IPX800 V5 controller and its extensions. It works locally and is set up in the UI, asking for a name, host, port and API key. It adds binary sensors, buttons, climate, covers, lights, numbers, selects, sensors and switches to Home Assistant. The options cover the API key, a polling interval in seconds, and an optional password for PUSH requests from the IPX800. Relay type can be chosen separately for each relay on the main unit and on an X-8R extension. It needs the Marketplace, or HACS on 2026.10 and older.
