GCE IPX800 V4

GCE IPX800 V4 reads and controls an IPX800 V4 controller and its extensions from Home Assistant over the local network. It provides binary sensors, climate, covers, lights, numbers, sensors and switches, and is set up in the UI. The controller device also reports last boot time, a load value in loops per second, and whether its clock is within 60 seconds of Home Assistant's time. If a read fails, the last valid states are kept for two consecutive failures before entities become unavailable. A field missing from a response is held for a short time, and only the entities depending on it become unavailable when that expires. The polling interval can be changed in the integration options.
