About

Daily Schedule is a Home Assistant integration that provides a binary sensor driven by a user-defined schedule of time ranges. Each range has a start and an end, and these can be absolute times or sunrise and sunset with an optional offset in minutes. A range whose end is not later than its start continues into the next day, and equal start and end cover the whole day. The sensor exposes attributes for the entered schedule, the effective merged schedule, and the next times it will change state. It also offers triggers, conditions and a device trigger for automations, plus an action to set the schedule. The sensor is created in the UI as a helper and runs locally, and options allow using UTC instead of the local time zone.
