About
STIEBEL ELTRON is a built-in Home Assistant integration that connects to Stiebel Eltron devices over the local network. It adds a climate platform, so the connected device can be handled as a climate entity in Home Assistant. Setup happens in the UI and asks for the hostname or IP address and the port of the device. Home Assistant can also detect the device on the network and offer to add it. Connection settings can be changed later without removing the integration, and a diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report.
