Modern Forms for Home Assistant (built-in integration)

About

Modern Forms is a built-in integration that controls Modern Forms ceiling fans and their lights locally from Home Assistant. It adds a fan, a light, and a number for breeze intensity. Switches cover adaptive learning and away mode, while sensors and binary sensors report the fan and light sleep timers. Actions set or clear a sleep timer on either the fan or the light. Home Assistant can find the device on the network and offer to add it, and setup in the UI asks for the fan's hostname or IP address. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report.
