About
Hegel Amplifier is a built-in integration that connects Hegel amplifiers to Home Assistant. It adds a media player for the amplifier and talks to it locally over the network. Home Assistant can find the amplifier on the network by itself and offer to add it. Setup takes place in the UI, where the host name or IP address is entered, or the discovered device is confirmed. The amplifier model is chosen during setup so that its inputs are mapped properly.
