About

Frontier Silicon is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to Frontier Silicon audio devices over the local network. It adds a media player entity for controlling the device, along with a switch for the Daylight Saving Time setting. Home Assistant can find compatible devices on the network by itself and offer to add them. Setup is done in the UI, asking for the host name or IP address, the port and the device PIN code. Because it is part of Home Assistant, nothing extra needs to be installed.
