About

Traccar is an app that runs the Traccar GPS tracking platform locally on Home Assistant OS, without any cloud. Its web interface opens as its own page in the Home Assistant sidebar. The app uses the host network directly and is built for aarch64 and amd64. By default it connects to the MariaDB app for its database, and Traccar's own settings can be changed through a configuration file that overrides the app defaults. Options cover log verbosity and SSL for the web interface, including the certificate and key files. With the Home Assistant traccar integration, tracked assets appear in Home Assistant as tracked devices.
