About
Tautulli is an app that monitors activity and tracks statistics for a Plex Media Server. It records what has been watched, who watched it, when and where, and how it was played, and shows this in tables and graphs in its own web interface. The app runs on Home Assistant OS on aarch64 and amd64 systems. It adds no sidebar page of its own, but it can be embedded in the Home Assistant frontend through the panel iframe integration. The only app option is the log level, which sets how verbose the log output is, from trace to fatal, with info as the default. The app has access to the Supervisor API.

From the docs
Tautulli is an application that you can run alongside your Plex Media Server to monitor activity, and track various statistics. Most importantly, these statistics include what has been watched, who watched it, when and where they watched it, and how it was watched. All statistics are presented in a nice and clean interface with many tables and graphs, which makes it easy to brag about your server to everyone else.
