About
pgAdmin4 is an app that provides a management and query tool for PostgreSQL databases. It adds its own page to the Home Assistant sidebar, so the database interface opens inside Home Assistant. It can be used to control PostgreSQL databases on the local network, including those served by the TimescaleDB add-on. Sign-in can be checked against Home Assistant usernames and passwords, and an option exists to serve the page without that protection, which the docs describe as a security risk. Other options cover serving the interface over SSL with certificate files, extra Alpine packages, and extra commands run at startup. It requires Home Assistant OS and runs on aarch64, amd64, i386 and armv7.
