About

Network UPS Tools is a Home Assistant app that manages battery backup (UPS) devices through a NUT server. It supports power devices such as uninterruptible power supplies, power distribution units, automatic transfer switches, power supply units and solar controllers. The app exposes control and monitoring features through one uniform interface, which the NUT integration in Home Assistant can then connect to. Configuration covers a list of users, each with its own permitted instant commands and actions, a list of attached UPS devices, and a log level setting. It has hardware access for USB and serial devices, runs on aarch64 and amd64, and needs Home Assistant OS.
