About

Bookstack is a Home Assistant app that runs the BookStack wiki for organising and storing information. It adds a self-hosted wiki to a Home Assistant OS system, built for aarch64 and amd64 hardware. By default it uses the Home Assistant MariaDB app for its data, and it can instead be pointed at an external MySQL or MariaDB database, though there is no easy upgrade path between the two. The web interface can be served over HTTPS using a certificate and private key file. Further options cover log verbosity, setting a custom application key for restores, and passing extra environment variables to Bookstack. Ingress does not work, so the app has no sidebar page of its own.
