About
AdGuard Home is an app that runs a network-wide DNS server to block ads and trackers. It also includes parental control filtering for adult content, and it works for all devices on the network without a client-side program. Its web interface opens from the Home Assistant sidebar, and sign-in can use Home Assistant accounts. Options cover log verbosity, SSL with a certificate and key file, and an option to turn off authentication. Host names for pages shown when the safe browsing or parental control filters block a request can also be set. It needs Home Assistant OS, runs on aarch64 and amd64, and uses the host network with extra system rights.
