About
Jaguar Land Rover InControl is a read-only integration that shows live vehicle status and location for Jaguar and Land Rover cars. It adds sensors for fuel level, fuel range, odometer, tyre pressures, 12V battery and service distance, plus binary sensors for doors, windows, boot, bonnet, sunroof and central locking. A location entity shows where the car is parked, and a refresh button is included. Status arrives over the manufacturer's own telemetry connection, so the vendor's cloud is required, and sign-in uses the email and password from the InControl app plus a verification code. Options cover distance and pressure units, and a delay after which door, window and lock readings show as unknown if no newer reading arrives. The README warns that the manufacturer keeps closing access routes and that remote control is no longer possible.

- Withhold door, window and lock readings afterWhen a car is caught mid-use — the key still in it, the alarm not yet armed — the doors and windows in that snapshot are where they were at that moment, not where the car was left. If no newer reading arrives within this long, those sensors report unknown instead of a figure that is probably wrong. Everything else keeps its last value.

From the README
Get your Jaguar or Land Rover into Home Assistant. Fuel level, doors, windows, tyre pressures and where you parked it. All you need is the email and password you use for the InControl app.
There's no third-party cloud in the middle and nothing to plug into the car. The integration talks to JLR's own backend, so it runs anywhere Home Assistant does.
