About

Favicon changer is a Marketplace integration that changes the favicon and page title of a Home Assistant instance. It scans a chosen directory of icons and applies them automatically based on their filenames. Three icon types are recognised: a browser tab and bookmark icon, an icon for saving the interface to an Apple device home screen, and sized PNG icons for Android devices. Settings cover the page title shown in the browser window or tab and the path to the folder holding the icons. It is set up in the UI, and a YAML configuration is also described in the readme. The readme suggests Browser Mod as an alternative.
