About
Alert2 is a Home Assistant alerting integration that sends notifications based on conditions and events. It supports condition-based alerts that stay on while a condition is true, and event-based alerts that fire for a moment when a trigger occurs. Condition alerts can use templates, separate rules for turning on and off, thresholds, and a delay for hysteresis. Notifications can be snoozed, disabled or throttled, and one alert can supersede related alerts to skip redundant messages. Alerts appear as binary sensors, run locally, and can be created in the UI or in the configuration file.
