About

Spritmonitor is a custom integration that brings vehicle fuel consumption, cost and maintenance data from Spritmonitor.de into Home Assistant. It reads the data through the vendor's cloud and creates sensors for brand and model, license plate, total distance, and details of the last charge or refuel such as date, cost, location and country. Ranking sensors show the vehicle's position compared with other similar models on the service. It supports combustion, electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, and the chosen vehicle type decides which fuel or electric sensors are created. Units are detected from the Spritmonitor profile, and some sensors are calculated, such as consumption trends and real cost per distance. Setup is done in the UI with a vehicle ID, two tokens, an update interval, a vehicle type and a currency symbol.
