About

Birdfy is a Home Assistant integration that exposes bird species data from a Birdfy feeder camera. It adds sensors for the number of unique species seen today, the most recently detected species, and the count of first-time visitors. It also provides a species list with thumbnails and video links, and the integration offers image entities. Data comes from the vendor's cloud, which the integration polls every 15 minutes by default. Setup is done in the UI with the UUID from a Birdfy highlights share link, and an optional monthly recap UUID adds recap sensors.
