Fishing Assistant

Fishing Assistant is a custom integration that predicts good fishing times for lakes, rivers, ponds and reservoirs. It adds sensors that rate each day on a scale from 0 to 10, using weather, moon phase, solunar periods and sunrise and sunset timing. The score also considers air temperature, cloud cover, wind, precipitation, barometric pressure trend and the type of water body. Several fishing spots and fish species can be tracked, and a seven-day forecast lists the best fishing windows. Weather data comes from Open-Meteo and refreshes four times a day, so the integration relies on a cloud connection. Each location is added in the UI with a name, latitude and longitude, target species and body type.
