About
Yale Access Bluetooth is a built-in integration that connects Yale and August Bluetooth locks to Home Assistant. It communicates locally over Bluetooth and adds lock, binary sensor and sensor entities, including a battery voltage reading. Home Assistant can discover a compatible lock on its own and offer to add it. Setup is done in the UI and asks for an offline key and its slot number, or a Bluetooth address. An option lets the integration stay connected to the lock at all times.
