About
Prosegur Alarm is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to Prosegur alarm systems. It adds alarm control panels and cameras, and it talks to the vendor's cloud instead of a local device. A separate action requests a new image from a Prosegur camera. Setup happens in the UI with the Prosegur account username, password and country, and a contract can be chosen during setup. If the login stops working, the integration offers a re-authentication step for the account, and a diagnostics file can be downloaded for bug reports.
