About

Netatmo is a built-in integration that connects Netatmo cloud devices such as weather stations, cameras and thermostats to Home Assistant. It provides binary sensors, buttons, cameras, climate, covers, fans, lights, selects, sensors and switches, with sensors covering readings like noise, pressure trend, gust data, precipitation and signal strength. Public weather sensors can be added for a chosen area, defined by corner coordinates, with a setting for how values from several stations are combined and whether to show them on the map. Actions cover climate control, such as setting a target temperature with an end time, applying a preset mode or a heating schedule, and clearing a temperature setting. Other actions set the light mode of an outdoor camera and mark persons as home or away based on names known to the indoor camera. Devices offer triggers for events like detected movement, a person, a vehicle or an animal, and setup is done in the UI through the vendor's sign-in page.
