About
Agent DVR is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to an Agent DVR video surveillance server. It communicates with the server locally and adds camera and alarm entities. Actions cover enabling and disabling alerts, taking a snapshot, and starting or stopping continuous recording. Setup is done in the UI by entering the server's IP address and port. Nothing extra needs to be installed, since the integration ships with Home Assistant.
