About

Horizon Card is a dashboard card that shows the position of the Sun and the Moon over the horizon. It is a successor to the Sun Card project and continues it as a fork maintained by a team. The graph covers 24 hours centered on local solar noon, with both bodies travelling from east to west. The card lists times of Sun and Moon events along with their current azimuth and elevation. Moon elevation sets its vertical position on a logarithmic scale, and an optional moon phase icon is rotated to suit the latitude. For southern hemisphere setups, the direction flip can be turned off. It is added through HACS and configured with a visual editor or YAML.
