About

Kiosk Mode is a dashboard card that hides the header and the sidebar in Home Assistant Lovelace dashboards. It lets a dashboard run without the usual navigation chrome, which suits wall panels and similar displays. Settings sit in the root of the dashboard configuration and apply per dashboard, so each dashboard needs its own copy. Options can be set as plain true or false values, or as JavaScript or Jinja templates that return a boolean. Separate settings exist for admin, non-admin, mobile and individual users. Adding a disable parameter to the dashboard address turns it off temporarily, and debug options write messages to the browser console.
