BOM Radar card

About

BOM Radar Card is a dashboard card that shows a rain radar using the new tiled images from the Australian BOM. The BOM radar products now distribute images as map tiles, so the card can show one continuous map that can be zoomed and panned smoothly inside Home Assistant. All options can be set in the graphical card editor, so editing the YAML directly is not needed. If the location fields are left blank, the card uses the Home Assistant default location for the map center and the home marker. One known issue is that the marker can appear offset after the card settings are edited, and refreshing the browser or the app corrects it.
