About

Better Minimalistic Area Card is a dashboard card that shows an area as a compact control panel with sensors and buttons. Numeric sensors appear with their values, while binary sensors appear as an icon only. Switches and lights get their own buttons for toggling, and a press-and-hold action opens detailed information. State-based overrides let elements change depending on an entity's state, and the first matching condition in the list is applied. Experimental templating allows values to be built from the state or attributes of any entity, and several CSS variables control colors, icon sizes, button sizes and shadow color. It is a fork of the Minimalistic Area Card and can be added through HACS or by manual file placement.
