About

Default Dashboard is a dashboard card that sets one default dashboard for every device in Home Assistant. A single dashboard is selected and becomes the default for all users and devices, and the selection can be changed at any time. A device can keep its own default by loading the home page first, then opening the dashboards tab and choosing the dashboard on that device. Setup relies on two helpers, a dropdown and a toggle, which control which dashboard is applied and whether the setting is active. It is added through the Marketplace, or through HACS on 2026.10 and older.
