About

Lovelace Lock Card is a dashboard card that locks entire Home Assistant cards behind a password or a prompt. It offers three lock types: password protected, timeout to fade, and confirm unlock. A lock is activated when a card is clicked. The card is based on vertical-stack-in-card and wraps other cards inside it. The protection is client-side only, so it is not a secure method, and the README suggests it as a way to keep children or flatmates from changing things. The project is not receiving new features, though pull requests are accepted.
