About

Battery Entity Row is a dashboard row element that shows battery states or attributes with a dynamic icon. It is not a standalone card, so it is configured as an entity inside an entities card. The battery level is read from the entity state, from a battery or battery level attribute, or from a custom attribute chosen in the options. Numeric values from 0 to 100 are supported, as are some predefined text values such as high, normal and low. It also has a charging setting and limited support for showing the last-changed time as secondary information. It is a rewrite of an older battery entity card that is no longer maintained, and it can be used within an auto-entities card.
