About

Plejd BLE is a Marketplace integration that controls Plejd lighting devices over Bluetooth through Home Assistant. It adds lights, switches, covers, climate, scenes, sensors, numbers, binary sensors and events, and the thermostat TMR-01 is reported to work. Plejd scenes can be triggered from Home Assistant, and wall buttons register as events when pressed. Rotation of the WRT-01 rotary dimmer is not registered, since Plejd does not send those events to the mesh. The cloud is contacted once at launch to fetch the device list and encryption keys, and after that control stays local. A Bluetooth adapter with at least one active connection is required, and an ESPHome Bluetooth proxy is recommended while Shelly proxies do not work. Setup happens in the UI with the Plejd account email and password, and the mesh is usually discovered automatically.
