About

Krisinformation is a custom integration that brings Swedish crisis information into Home Assistant. It keeps VMA alerts from Sveriges Radio and adds news and notices from Krisinformation, and it needs the vendor's cloud. It provides a VMA count sensor, an active VMA binary sensor, and separate sensors for news and notices. Location can be a municipality or county, and settings cover language, minimum severity, news history days, and whether national content or items without a geographic tag are included. Krisinformation also republishes SMHI weather warnings as notices, and an option turns them off to avoid duplicates when SMHI Alerts is in use. Each source stays available on its own, and the integration is set up in the UI.
