About

Meshtastic is a Home Assistant integration that connects to Meshtastic mesh radio nodes and works locally. A node can be reached over the network by host and port, over Bluetooth by address, or through a serial port. It provides binary sensors, presence tracking, sensors, text entities and notifiers, with notification targets for channels and for direct messages to nodes. Actions cover sending a text, sending a direct message, broadcasting a channel message, and requesting telemetry, position or a traceroute. Device triggers fire when a message is received or sent, so automations can start from them directly. Options include a web client and a TCP proxy with its own port, and setup runs in the UI after the repository is added as a custom one in the Marketplace.
