About
House Plan is an interactive floorplan integration that shows live device states on a map of the home. Rooms can be drawn in the browser or built on an uploaded image, then bound to Home Assistant areas so the area's devices appear on the plan automatically. Lights, doors, windows, locks and robot vacuums follow their real states, and safe devices can be toggled from the plan while a lock cannot be opened by an accidental tap. Three built-in editors cover rooms and walls, device markers, and background lines, labels and furniture. The plan supports several floors, a flat or 2.5D display, and a wall-display kiosk view for tablets. It runs locally, is added through the Home Assistant interface, and needs no floor-plan YAML.
