FreeDS

FreeDS is a Home Assistant integration for FreeDS power surplus management devices, communicating over the local network. It adds binary sensors, lights, sensors and switches, with the switches covering PWM management, relay toggling and the backlight. One entry is created for every value the device can report, so some sensors show as unavailable depending on the working mode, and those can be disabled in the entity settings. Home Assistant can detect the device on the same network and offer to add it, and setup asks for the address or hostname, HTTP port, username and password. The repository also includes a custom dashboard card showing a power flow graph similar to the one in FreeDS. It has been tested with two FreeDS firmware versions, 1.0.7rev2 and 1.1.0-beta16.
