About

Schellenberg-USB is an integration that controls Schellenberg RF shutters and blinds through a Schellenberg USB FunkStick. It works locally, is set up in the UI by choosing the stick's serial port, and Home Assistant can also discover it on the network. It adds cover entities for open, close and stop control, with support for several blinds. A guided flow teaches the stick to a motor, tests movement, measures travel times and finds status messages from the original remote. Position is estimated from commands and travel times, and it can be corrected manually, since the motor does not report its real position. Sensors show connection status, firmware version and operating mode, a switch controls the stick's LED, and a test action sends Up, Down or Stop without creating a cover.
