Omron HEM-7142T2Pairing Mode

About

Omron is a Marketplace integration that polls Omron Bluetooth Low Energy blood pressure monitors and weight scales locally. It adds sensors for systolic, diastolic and pulse readings, along with derived values such as pulse pressure, estimated mean arterial pressure, a blood pressure category, shock index and rate pressure product. Binary sensors report body movement, cuff fit, irregular pulse, improper position, pairing mode and connection state. Buttons refresh data and retry pairing, a number holds height, and a text entity holds a device nickname. Options cover the update interval, publishing every measurement stored since the last poll, and names for up to four users on the cuff. Home Assistant can discover the device over Bluetooth, and setup and pairing are done in the UI, where the device model is chosen. A Bluetooth adapter or ESPHome Bluetooth proxy is required, and a monitor can pair with only one host at a time.
