About

RHVoice is an integration that adds the local RHVoice text-to-speech engine to Home Assistant. It reads text aloud with natural sounding voices, using a rhvoice-rest container or the RHVoice add-on as the speech backend. Voices are tied to a language, and the default voice is the Russian voice Anna. Settings cover the host and port of the backend, optional HTTPS with certificate verification, and the audio format, which can be wav, mp3, opus or flac. Pitch, speaking rate and volume can each be adjusted on a scale from 0 to 100. Setup is done in the configuration file, and the integration needs the Marketplace.
