About

Meshtastic UI is an integration that adds a dashboard for a Meshtastic mesh network radio to Home Assistant. It connects locally to the radio over TCP or a serial device, and Home Assistant can also discover it on the network. The dashboard has tabs for radio status, chat-style messaging for channels and direct messages, a sortable node table, and a map of nodes, waypoints and traceroute paths. Node actions include sending a message, tracing a route, requesting a position, marking favorites, ignoring nodes and removing them from the local database. Messages, node sightings, waypoints and traceroute results are stored on disk and persist across restarts. It also provides sensors and switches for use in automations, and the README labels it beta with possible breaking changes.
