About

Remote Home-Assistant links multiple Home Assistant instances together over a local connection. The main instance connects to each remote instance through its websocket interface and fills its own state list with the remote states. Entity IDs and friendly names from the remote side can be given optional prefixes, and the integration tracks which instance each object came from. Service calls on a remote object are forwarded to the instance it belongs to, and proxy services can mirror remote services that do not work through entities. Options cover domain and entity filters, value filters by unit of measurement with above and below limits, and subscribed events. It is set up in the UI, can be discovered on the network, and needs the Marketplace.
